**About the Role**:
As a **Jolly Phonics Specialist **, you’ll play a vital role in teaching young children foundational reading skills through the structured, proven Jolly Phonics method. In this role, you will:

- **Inspire a love for reading **by using phonics-based instruction to help young learners develop essential literacy skills.
- **Collaborate with a dynamic team **of educators to implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
- Benefit from **flexible working hours **with a 4-day work week, giving you the ideal balance between work and life.

**What You Will Do**:

- **Teach Jolly Phonics **and **Primary School English lessons **to children aged 12 months to 9 years, nurturing a love for language and literacy.
- **Branch into Numicon Math **_if interested _.
- **Work Weekends**:Be willing to teach on Saturdays & Sundays from **8:30 am to 7:00 pm **, with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off.
- **Maintain communication **with parents and caregivers, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
- **Collaborate with the curriculum team **to develop and refine the learning programs, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with educational standards.
- **Contribute to school upkeep**:Take responsibility for maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- **Participate in ad-hoc projects **, leveraging your creativity to support the school’s goals.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Rockstar English Skills**:A minimum of GCE O-Level B3 in English or equivalent.
- **Experience in Speech & Drama **is a plus
- **Passion for Children**:You are their cheerleader and confidante.
- **Flexibility with Weekend Work**:Must be comfortable teaching on weekends (8:30 am - 7:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays).
