Procurement Executive

The KRE team is looking for procurement executive to join them to assist in procurement of service contracts and coordination with Project leads on OEM/EPC procurement tenders. This role is intended as part of a centralized function at KRE and a path to become procurement professional in the RE industry.
- Undertake market research on potential vendors for consultancy, legal, and other services
- Prepare RFI & RFP document templates for KRE specific procurements (project development stage)
- Assist with preparation material required prior to RFP clarification meetings, comparative summary, and recommendations
- Assist with managing the engagement cycle and subsequent billing process
- Coordinate with internal Group functions
- Coordinating with Country Leads on their procurement requirements and developing centralized database
- Assist in preparation of tender documents for EPC/OEM contracts (with support from technical teams)
- Undertake research tasks related to companies and technologies
- Prepare records of conversation from key meetings
- Assist with the creation of presentation, information packs and MIS reports for internal and external use

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, international business, commerce, economics
- 3 to 5 years work experience
- Comprehensive skills in MS Office suite
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong communication skills
- Proven team player
- Fluency in a regional language is an advantage

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
