**Responsibilities**
- Develop the company’s core strategic vision, including identifying and prioritizing the key bets and ensure execution. Topics will be wide-reaching and cross-functional, from consumer and brand strategy to organizational design and operational efficiency
- Communicate company vision to stakeholders and support translation into operational reality.
- Support Operations Heads on BU-level strategy and facilitate sharing of best practice and approaches.
- Work closely with the BUs to develop a strategy, build a sophisticated business model to forecast performance based on business strategy, product launches schedules and business assumptions
- Constantly experiment to unlock growth opportunities, collaborate with BUs with data-driven insights to drive existing and new products/services
- Assess proposals for all major initiatives to ensure efficient investment of company resources in line with strategic direction
- Execute the corporate planning cycle - including OKR setting and weekly reporting - to ensure follow-through of the functional deliverables via discussions, updates, and action-tracking
- Influence a high-performance company culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration
- Drive coherence across functions and business units in order to achieve strategic objectives, including with product, engineering, operations, partnerships functions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or above in business, finance, or related field. MBA is a strong plus
- 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, project management, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong leadership and high accountability, with the ability to develop close working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Extremely good with numbers and experience in building complex business/financial models and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, responsible, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with strong ownership to drive business performance.
- Big-picture thinker, Creativity and comfortable with ‘blank sheet of paper’ assignments
- Work well in a very fast-moving environment, with a tight schedule, and can work
- Background in consulting firm is a big plus
