Christian Bassett is recruiting a Head of Strategy for an International luxury company.

**Responsibilities**:
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with the Regional C-Suites Leader, and all relevant stakeholders to define the organization’s strategic vision, goals, and initiatives, addressing issues and challenges as they arise.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions and identify business development prospects.
- Assess and enhance strategic risks, develop mitigation plans, and strengthen the organization’s resilience in a dynamic business environment.
- Prepare the budget proposal in collaboration with all departments to ensure timely submission and alignment with the overall strategy.
- Act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication between the Regional key leaders, and business strategies to maintain a consistent message and alignment with the organization’s goals.

Project Management
- Oversee and prioritize special projects, initiatives, and strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute these projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency across region.
- Organize and lead regular meetings to discuss best practices and business insights.
