- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM); OT on alternate Saturday
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proficiency in managing operations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Overseeing daily operations autonomously
- Creation and entry of data
- Preparing transportation documents, coordinating with shipping lines, and managing B/L documentation
- Generating, submitting, and booking bagging orders for manipulation
- Handling complaints from customers and vendors
- Regular communication with customers and vendors about shipment status

- GCE 'A' level and/or Diploma in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Third-party logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarding, or the Logistics industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)
- Customer-centric with the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in inventory management and strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with SAP order processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working OT on alternate Saturday
