**Job Purpose**

Manage the roadmap, viability and go-to-market plans of trade compliance products and services for the Mass Market customer segment(s).

**Key Accountabilities**

Accountable for the P&L of assigned customer segment(s) for the suite of compliance products and services.

Drive the product conceptualization and roadmap of products and services that are relevant to the assigned customer segment(s)..

**Responsibilities**
- Lead inter-department teams in managing product/service ideation and development planning;
- Defining product strategy and roadmap. Develop budgets for new product development and/or new version development
- Conceptualizing new products and ensure profitability, return on investment, and customer satisfaction
- Gathering of business intelligence, researching on competitive dynamics and keeping the company’s offerings relevant and competitive
- Develop product pricing analysis and testing
- Drive go-to-market plans and activities for all product lines
- Manage the P&L for both product and project businesses such as budgeting, financial analysis, sales and marketing investment planning
- Develop and operate structured program in digital financing
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gain feedback from potential and current customers in order to continuously improve products
