Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Siliconix Singapore Pte Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Temporary GL Analyst (6 months). Responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of an organization's internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures. The primary goal of internal auditing is to ensure that an organization operates efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Job Location:
The office is located at 37A Tampines Street 92, Singapore 528886.

What you will be doing:

- Perform month end closing process including journal entries preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations
- Review and analyze monthly variances for any irregularities or unusual transactions and work closely with other counterparts to understand those variances
- Preparation and computation of monthly sales accrual computations
- Preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, year-end reporting packages to Regional FP&A
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with specified policies and procedures.
- Complete quarterly P&L forecast & annual budget
- Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements.
- Assist the Regional Team with other administrative tasks for month-end close
- Any other assigned duties

What you will bring along:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in General Accounting role
- SAP hands on experience and basic excel skills is a must.
- Meticulous with an eye for detail, works well under strict timelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, a team player and strong sense of responsibility
