With this mind, we are currently looking for a Marketing / Graphic Designer to be part of our dynamic team.

Role Purpose:
To support all in-house design requests for the Company and its subsidiaries. The role requires you to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts in both digital and print platform.

Role Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design all web-based portals, online marketing banners and corporate publications such as in-house magazines, advertisements, brochures, posters etc;
- Help to build and manage the Company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed relevant;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the procurement and printing of materials (images, videos, standee boards, banners etc);
- Oversee the website to ensure updated content, manage banners and campaigns based on event calendar;
- Work with the Head of Marketing and the Admissions & Marketing Manager to create shareable content and distribute to spread both the Company’s brand and content, and ultimately drive relevant traffic and leads;
- Ensure any design produced adheres to brand guidelines;
- Manage and keep up to date the in-house image library;
- Design standards expected of a highly-regarded, high-profile organisation;
- Any other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum diploma with at least 2 years in web design and graphic design
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
- Ability to produce high quality graphic design for both print and digital formats
- Understanding of principles of design for e-marketing campaigns
- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Acrobat Pro in Mac
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Pro-active and shows initiative; able to work independently with mínimal direction
- A team-player who is able to work with different parties to achieve the overall goal
- Ability to work on tight deadlines & manage multiple projects
