**Responsibilities**
- Support visual design work related to organizational culture, and promote the company's values and management philosophy by producing high-quality creative assets.
- Responsible for graphic design on internal communication channels such as the TV, offline activities as well as on external platforms.
- Responsible for providing an end-to-end solution package that includes but isn't limited to project creation, intra-team collaboration, cross-team communication, vendor management, and execution to ensure delivery on time and up to standard.
- Drive creative development for company’s marketing collateral, display video ads, Global brand campaigns, promotional campaigns, PR, internal communications, and more.
- Use visual-design software and AI tools to develop, refine animations, video edits, layouts, and graphics for use across various touchpoints.
- Contribute to all stages of creative development, from ideation and storyboarding to animation/video production and final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs that align with the project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Brainstorm new video concepts/ideas, layouts, and graphics with an internal design team.
- Pitch/present ideas to managers and/or key stakeholders
- Assist in the development and maintenance of design assets, templates, and libraries to streamline the motion graphics production process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or above, ideally in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a relevant field.
- Solid collaboration skills, able to grasp design needs accurately and deliver projects on time.
- Excellent sense of style, have a good understanding of graphics, trends and innovation with attention to detail.
- Detailed-oriented, adaptable to changes, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent English communication skills with Chinese language ability being a plus, as the role will need to translate and proofread creative content between the two languages.
- Proficient with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics techniques, including keyframing, animation, and visual effects.
- Experience in utilizing and optimizing AI tools for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
