Singapore SEATRIUM LIMITED Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Leads the execution of routine inspection at residential and common areas in the dormitory compound by team members
- Monitors the handling of work pass status for all residents and the preparation of monthly report on the checking in and out of the dormitory unit for billing purposes by junior team members
- Participates in fire drills and emergency response plans with directions from the dormitory manager and executives
- Performs random checks on dormitory essential systems to ensure its operational conditions (i.e.Utilities, CCTV, Public Address system and fire alarm system etc)
- Reports activities of residents pertaining to drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, peddling of contraband cigarettes
- Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports Assists senior team members in workers’ repatriation
- Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered residents by junior team members
- Monitors the meal servings at designated eating points to ensure sufficient meals are served to the residents
- Manages the meal collection system, and performs crowd control at meal ordering kiosks and eating points
- Provides assistance to contractors and vendors performing facility maintenance and rectifications
- Ensures contractor workers are supervised when carrying out maintenance and rectification activities in the dormitory compound
- Monitors and guides the dormitory M&E technician and security guards to ensure that they carry out their roles and responsibilities according to the policies and procedures
- Executes quarantine control of infected residents during epidemic or outbreak and attends to the welfare of the residents in sick bays
- Administers to emergency situations, not limited to riots, protests, fights, inter-ethnic group clash and reports to local authorities i.e. SPF, SCDF for further support when situation calls

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Facility Management or any other related field
- Preferably 3 years of administrative experience preferably in dormitory operations, security or facility management related field
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Basic user of Microsoft Office products Basic office administration process understanding
