**Responsibilities
- Comply with company regulations and procedures.
- Report daily operation and progress to superior.
- Execution of routine inspection to check room safety, maintenance, cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Handle the matters of violation of dormitory house rules and prepare incident reports to management.
- Attend to workers' feedback and address their concerns.
- Assist in dormitory administration matters which includes workers’ conflicts, coordinating workers’ room occupancy activities and dormitory facilities & maintenance matters.
- Liaising with contractors and vendors in facility maintenance and rectifications.
- Assist in workers’ welfare event with Employee Relations Section and HSE section
- Promote and comply with environmental compliance
- Assist workers to solve their difficulties or problem that may arise at any time
- Other ad hoc tasks to be assigned by superior.

**Requirements:
- Able to speak and write in fluent English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Diploma and above in Real Estate/ Building/ Project/ Facilities Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Dormitory Operation.
- Familiar with Foreign Employee Dormitories Act (FEDA)
