- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and propose actions for improvement
- Improve and maintain production assembly and quality assurance section process check sheets documents
- Responsible in providing preventive solutions for claims
- Responsible in leading and supervising new quality improvement team
- Responsible in investigating root cause of in-house claim and customer claims

Job Requirements:

- With relevant working experience in quality assurance
- Demonstrates willingness to help and support other team members
- Working location: Joo Koon (Company Transport Provided)
- Working hours: 5 working days per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5:15pm
