**Senior Quality Technician, PQE***

**Overview**

Assist Quality Engineer in performing calibration of test, measuring & inspection equipment, including secondary support on the final product release activities and customer complaint returns.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Perform in-house calibration of test, measuring & inspection equipment.
- Perform recall of calibrated tools due for calibration.
- Coordinate with vendors to arrange off-site calibration activities or any other maintenance related activity.
- Maintain and update calibration records.
- Identify and segregate from production area all nonconforming equipment.
- Maintain good house-keeping in calibration lab.
- Assist to develop and maintain test instructions.
- Train and supervise junior technicians in use of standards and test procedures.
- Support outgoing product release inspection duties and reporting of non-conformances.
- Support clearance of internal & external audits action items.
- Support coordination of customer complaint return approvals and repair activities.
- Adhere to company EHS requirements, regulations and risk assessments and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others.
- Represent RAQA Department in ad-hoc committees and cross functional projects.
- Comply and adhere to the company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Your Profile**
- GCE O level with 10 years of QA/QC experience, Nitec with 7 years of QA/QC experience and Diploma with 4 years of QA/QC experience.
- Experience in calibration management system is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
