Personal Assistant to Chairman

Our client, a Myanmar telecom infrastructure company is now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team.
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level personal, executive and administrative support to the Executive Chairman (EC). The PA is also required to provide support to the EC on his external engagements and other personal matters.
**Scope**:
- Screen incoming calls; take and deliver accurate messages.
- Manage and maintain the EC's calendar of meetings and events, travel and transport arrangements, expense reports and claims submission.
- Work with the EC to plan, prioritise and schedule meetings according to his Requirements.
- Coordinate internal meeting arrangements so that all parties are ready and prompt in attending meetings with the EC.
- Where required, attend meetings/ discussions with the EC and record minutes of meetings/discussion, including person's responsible for the follow-up action points and timeline for completion. Follow up with relevant parties and record progress of follow-up action items prior to the next meeting.
- Assist to book restaurants and travel arrangement for Company's VIPs.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring and prioritising contacts, tasks, and projects for the EC.
- Support the EC in planning, organising and executing personal matters, such as family travel and transportation matters, personal events and personal purchases.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the EC
**Requirements**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage and communicate professionally and effectively at all levels with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to speak Mandarin and English as EC is a Burmese chinese
- Past experience in a Burmese company is an added advantage
