Toppan Merrill has one of the largest in-house translation teams in the Asia-Pacific region. We provide professional bi-lingual English/Chinese translation services specialising in both Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese styles and tones, that are customised to include local expression and business terminology for the intended audience. We handle translation of documents such as prospectuses for IPO and equity offerings, filings for global exchanges, annual and interim reports, investors and shareholders communication including legal and financial documents.

**Duties**:

- Translate financial and legal documents such as IPOs, annual reports, announcements, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Translation, Communications or equivalent
- At least 1 year of translation experience, preferably in financial printing industry
- Good command of written English and Chinese to perform translation of document
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (both English and Chinese)
- Able to prioritize workload and work under pressure
- Required to work on rotational shift duties (including afternoon shift) with shift allowance and overtime pay
- Flexible work from home arrangement
- Entry levels are welcome and on-the-job training will be provided
