Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Network Security Support Senior Manager to join the team and manage the IT
ensuring that the bank's network and IT systems are secure, reliable, and meet the needs of the business. In addition, the

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee and lead the daily operations of the IT infrastructure and network security supporting Asia Oceania region.
- Ensure that the network and IT systems are operating smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.
- Provide guidance and technical support to team members and other IT staff in the region.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards related to IT infrastructure and network security operations.
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze network traffic, identify potential security threats, and respond to incidents.
- Work with other teams to design, implement, and maintain network security infrastructure components.
- Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

**Skills**:
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network security support, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SASE architecture, network security design, and VPN technology.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure and network security operations in a global organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP Security, CCIE Security, or CISSP would be an advantage
