Optimize promotional effectiveness through A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features. 6. Advocate for a user-first approach, ensuring that all growth and promotion strategies enhance the overall user experience. **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of e-commerce product experience. Possess good user empathy and business logic, interested in overseas markets, able to actively research and identify differences in different markets. Preferred Qualifications Excellent logical and structured thinking, able to clearly define and decompose core indicators, reasonably evaluate business benefits, and have judgment on priorities; deeply understand the key to product success or failure, can clearly define problems, seek multiple solutions. Strong collaboration and stress resistance ability, able to clearly define project goals, plan project rhythm, and coordinate cross-team resources to implement projects.
