Job Title: Post-Producer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Producer to join our team. As a Post-Producer, you will be responsible for managing the timeline for video editors, client management, accounts servicing, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. Additionally, you will be the bridge in the gap between the producing team and the post-production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the post-production schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Work closely with the producing team to understand project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with the post-production team to ensure they have all the resources necessary to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with the video editors to ensure they have all the necessary assets and materials to complete their work
- Liaise with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Manage the budget and timeline for each project, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately
- Review and approve all deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and quality standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is using the latest tools and techniques to deliver high-quality work

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in film, video production, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in post-production management, preferably in a creative agency or production house
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion
- Knowledge of video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of video production workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Experience with client management and accounts servicing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
