Singapore PENSEES SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

The AI Technical Support Service Staff will participate actively in the testing process, including identifying weaknesses and inconsistencies in the product at all project stages. They would participate in the Quality Assurance process and overall Quality Planning strategy.

The AI Technical Support Service Staff will also help in the preparation of materials for proposal and demo. They will be required to perform onsite and remote support.

**Responsibilities**:
As an AI Technical Support Service Staff, you will be:

- Involved in Quality Assurance, testing and participate in the overall Quality Planning process and strategy
- Modify, maintain, or troubleshoot facial recognition equipment and/or systems to ensure proper functioning
- Set up and operate specialised or standard test equipment to diagnose, test or analyse performance of electronic components, assemblies, or systems
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with Headquarter and BD

Managers
- Involved in installations and technical training to customers about technicalities of the product
- Involved in onsite door access systems installations, maintenance and support to customers
- Involved in robot development, with RS based navigation, mapping, localisation and control

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent and preferably in Computer and/or Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in CCTV and security systems and door access systems
- Basic knowledge and experience in electrical systems and electronics
- Excellent communication, analytical and good reasoning skills
- Possess high motivation with desire to learn
- Proactive and hardworking attitude
- Strong interest to work in IoT industry

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
