**Job Summary**

The technical designer will be documenting complete interior design projects from schematic design phase through to construction documentation.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- To interpret interior and architectural drawings
- To prepare detailed shop drawings in AutoCAD, or other design modelling to meet project requirements and company standards
- To organize and compile complete sets of construction documentation
- To coordinate and report to design team daily
- To meet deadlines and complete daily assigned task deliverables
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- At least 4-5 years of working experience
- Proved portfolio of Interior Design or Architecture (Residential and Commercial)
- Strong drawing detailing skills
- Expert and proficient in using AutoCAD
- Experience with MS Office, Adobe PhotoShop, Google SketchUp
- Great verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
- Ability to communicate with Singapore team effectively
- A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong documentation skills, organised, and attentive to detail
- Flexible and well-rounded to accommodate shifting schedules, project demands, multiple time zones, and deadlines

**Remote Work Requirements**
- Must be online in sync with Singapore office
- Has a DSL / Cable Connection (Wimax, Canopy, Dongles, etc are not allowed)
- Has a decent headset and web cam
- Comfortable using Zoom or MS Teams
- Covering letter including salary expectation in PHP; your current employment status, notice period
- CV
- Portfolio, via online link or PDF maximum 10MB

**Salary**: $550.00 - $1,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
