**Responsibilities**:

- To guide the junior Bell Services Staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Concierge Desk with guidance from the Chef Concierge.
- To ensure that guests are provided with efficient and courteous service.
- To maintain and ensure all Bell Services staff follows the Hotel set grooming standard.
- To ensure work areas are clean and in proper order.
- To have a thorough knowledge of hotel products and services.
- To be knowledgeable on local places of interest, commercial centers, restaurants, convention cultural activities, airlines and other services.
- To maintain a control movement sheet to record daily activities and follow-ups.
- To identify potential vendor services for the Hotel and guests.
- To ensure that guests receive the most cordial attention whenever they approach the desk for information or any other services.
- To conduct training classes for the Bell Services staff.
- To maintain effective communications with guests and colleagues.
- Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Chef Concierge.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years concierge or bell services experience.
- Good physical condition to assist in carrying heavy luggage when required.
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills
