The Senior Manager for AIOps has overall responsibility for automating operations in the form of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). With a secondary responsibility to drive other service improvement initiatives to improve overall operations.

You are also expected to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Initiate and lead the team in designing, building, testing and operationalizing use cases to drive AIOps adoption and improve operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify opportunities to automate operations
- Lead a team in designing, building, testing and operationalizing use cases to automate operations and drive continuous improvements. These improvements include predictive monitoring, faster root cause analysis and accelerated mean time to repair (MTTR)
- Work closely with SRE teams to enhance system availability and reliability
- Act as product owner to drive adoption of AIOps
- Responsible for driving CSI initiatives to improve operations (processes/tools) working with various stakeholders
- Lead a team in identifying improvement opportunities, review, prioritize and drive initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives / projects
- Accountable for AIOps & CSI KPIs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in IT operations management
- Experience working with event monitoring tools and monitoring operations
- Knowledge or working experience leading teams in ELK, Monitoring Tools, Automation/Orchestration tools and ServiceNow
- Ability to lead, influence and coordinate resources to achieve results
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous and self-motivated
- Excellent relationship building and management skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong influencing and persuasive ability
- Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement
