**Key Responsibilities** About the Role**
This role is primarily to work with Corporate Communications and Company Secretariat to establish two-way communication with the investment community to enhance shareholder engagements, improve disclosures and overall credibility, and enable better compliance and corporate governance. The objective is to maintain the trust and support of the capital market community.
**Key Requirements**
- Assist in creating content for investor relations, including press releases, announcements, presentations, website content, and speeches.
- Contribute to the conceptualisation, development, and production of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and marketing collaterals for investor relations and events.
- Expand research coverage on SATS via regular and active engagements with sell-side analysts to communicate SATS’ competitive advantage, helping investors better understand the company's value and its key differentiators.
- Participate in investor outreach activities such as quarterly results calls, road shows, conferences and SATS Capital Markets Day to expand the shareholding base to include a mix of institutional and other categories of investors, preferably with longer investment time horizon.
- Assess the critical information required by investors to enable them to value the company more accurately, and ensure the information is disclosed in a fair and transparent manner in keeping with regulatory requirements.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline with proven ability to write and communicate well.
- Experience in financial reporting and clear understanding of reporting requirements of listed companies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an investor relations role, with a proven ability to manage stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build relationships at all levels, especially with international colleagues, to achieve successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
