**Role Overview**

As a **Service Crew Member**, you are the heartbeat of our customer experience. From warmly welcoming guests, coordinating dine-in and takeaway orders, crafting refreshing beverages at the bar, to ensuring smooth cashier operations — you are key to delivering excellence in every interaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cashier Duties**

- Greet guests with genuine warmth and process orders accurately
- Handle cash and digital transactions securely and efficientlyEnsure a clean and organized cashier station at all times

**Bar Crew Support**

- Prepare and serve drinks (teas, soft drinks, special beverages) with consistency and flairMaintain hygiene and safety standards when handling food and beverages

**Hostess Responsibilities**

- Welcome every guest with a smile and ensure they are seated promptly
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations using the seating chartUphold a calm, composed, and helpful demeanor during busy periods

**Main Station Coordinator (Dine-In & Takeaway)**

- Coordinate seamless flow of dine-in and takeaway orders
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and delivery team to ensure timeliness and accuracyAnticipate needs, solve issues proactively, and communicate clearly with team members

**Job Requirements**

- Passionate about people and hospitality
- Energetic, positive, and ready to be part of a close-knit team
- Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Working in Chinese Restaurant environment to serve non and Chinese speaking customers. Able to converse in both English and Mandarin are essential.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and carry food trays
- Prior F&B experience is a bonus, but not required — we welcome fast learners
