AVPN is a unique funders’ network committed to building a vibrant and high-impact social investment community across Asia. AVPN’s mission is to catalyse the movement toward a more strategic, collaborative, and outcome-focused approach to social investing, ensuring that resources are deployed as effectively as possible to address key social challenges facing Asia today and in the future.

The core mission of AVPN is to increase the flow of financial, human, and intellectual capital to the social sector by connecting and empowering key stakeholders from funders to the social purpose organisations they support. The AVPN Academy is the only practitioner-oriented learning platform in Asia-Pacific focused on cross-cutting social investment approaches and best practice case studies in the region. The platform aims to offer a range of blended learning experiences to equip practitioners with the necessary skills and tools to be more strategic and impactful. We seek a **Community Manager** to join the Academy team in Singapore to lead the development of vibrant learning communities in person and online. This role can be based in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or the Philippines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and groom a cohort of Asian impact leaders who desire to learn more about topics in philanthropy, impact investing and blended finance
- Develop engagement programs to enhance learning outcomes for experienced career professionals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, as well as as a strong alumni that is open to collaborating and sharing best practices
- Explore opportunities with new and existing partners to bring the community together and strengthen the social investment ecosystem
- Support the continuous feedback loop with community members to enhance the community’s activities
- Work with departments to develop communication and marketing collaterals when needed
- Identify opportunities to profile AVPN’s developments & ambitions in the community
- Work alongside the Academy team to support the overall development of the platform

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years of related experience.
- Master's degree preferred in related field
- Passionate about social impact and investment.
- Experience in driving community engagement strategies and initiatives
- Experience in engaging with stakeholders from various backgrounds and seniority levels (i.e. government agencies, private corporations, social enterprises)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong project and event management skills
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Familiarity with social media management and awareness of online marketing strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with learning platforms is a plus
