**Overview**
The APAC Finance Change Management work directly with various internal functions regionally/globally on finance, regulatory and transformation projects. The team manages multiple key projects in Finance including finance system implementation, regulatory capital reporting, infrastructure changes, business expansion, regulatory compliance, and new business and products.
The team is seeking to add an experience Finance Change Management professional the opportunity to develop the communication, analytical and project management skills to liaise with a wide spectrum of stakeholders across the Firm.
**Responsibilities**
The core duty of the role is to provide change management support for finance. At the start, the role will be responsible for managing the regional transition to new ledger system.
- Lead and manage finance change projects in collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of financial change initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and identify potential risks associated with finance change projects.
- Create and deliver training programs to ensure effective communication and understanding of finance change initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of finance change initiatives.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of finance change initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance change management.
**Requirements**:
- Degree from an accredited University
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Finance Change Management function within an investment bank or management consultancy focusing on finance projects and process transformation
- Experience with financial systems, financial control, banking processes and regulations
- Experience in leading and managing finance change projects
- Experience with digital tools such as Power BI and JIRA
- Possess professional certifications such as PMP or Agile
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
