Singapore TASEK JURONG LIMITED Full time

We are looking for a **Team Lead **who will be in charge of an 8-person KidSTART team and coordinate with KidSTART Ltd (KSL).

The Team Lead will engage with stakeholders including preschools and community groups within the KSL-specified regional cluster and government agencies.

The Team Lead will provide regular supervision and coaching of team members. The team members will comprise of Child Enabling Executives (CEEs) and Outreach Volunteer Officers (OVOs).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Overall coordination with KSL to implement services and ensure fidelity with KSL methods and workflow

2. Provide regular supervision and coaching to CEEs and OVOs and work with KSL to develop their core competencies

3. Engage relevant stakeholders within the cluster

4. Work flexible hours including weekends when needed

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Degree or above in Social Work or Early Childhood or related fields

2. Minimum 3yrs experience in the social service or education sector, preferably in community outreach

3. Experience working with low income families and young children

4. Experience in leading a team including training and mentoring

We are looking for a Leader who is experienced, sensitive to the needs of disadvantaged families and able to inspire by example and mentor our KidSTART team at Tasek Jurong.
