**The Company**
- Our client is a well-established MNC in the financial services industry.
**The Role**
- Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you are responsible for duties below:
- Organize company events and conferences
- Make travel arrangement
- Order stationaries and furniture
- Manage office budget
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain office administrative system
- Provide administrative support to staff (around 6 headcounts in the office)
**Your Profile**
- You should have at least a diploma or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of general administrative experience. You should have good communications skills and are able to work independently.
