The Building Maintenance Specialist I is responsible for maintaining and repairing building systems and equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency across facilities.

This position is part of the Pall Singapore Facilities & Production Equipment Team and is located in Benoi Sector, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction, safety, and maintenance of building infrastructure and manufacturing/production equipment.- Conduct facility inspections and equipment assessments to identify necessary repairs, replacements, or capital improvements.- Implement predictive, preventive, and continuous improvement maintenance strategies to enhance reliability and ensure compliance with quality systems.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- Experience in mechanical systems, including machinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.- Ability to manage space planning and modifications, including design standards, allocations, and expansions.- Strong documentation and reporting skills to maintain a safe and reliable working environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Leading technical teams such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing technicians, tool makers, and machine setters.- Enhancing production/manufacturing equipment performance through proactive maintenance and system upgrades.- Coordinating installation and improvement projects for mechanical and building systems.
