We're not here to follow the rules; we're here to break them. As we prepare to move into a new space in the coming year, we're gearing up for a revolution. We're creating our own series of events that will challenge the status quo, and we are looking for a Creative Executive who's as rebellious and unapologetic as we are.

We're not interested in the ordinary. We're seeking a Creative who thrives on going against the grain, who's ready to ignite a creative revolution. As we break new ground and venture into uncharted territory with our events, we need someone who isn't afraid to push the envelope and embrace the unconventional.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Crafting**:We don't do cookie-cutter proposals. Craft bold, unapologetic proposals for events that will have people talking for years. This is about flipping the script and creating experiences that rewrite the rules.
- **Sponsorship & Partnership Sourcing**:Revolution needs resources. Seek out and secure sponsorships that align with our vision and amplify our creative rebellion.
- **Grant Application**:We don't play by the rules; we rewrite them. Identify funding opportunities, get your hands on grants, and secure resources to fuel our creative rebellion.
- **Video Production**:Lights, camera, revolution Collaborate with our video production teams to create content that challenges norms, disrupts expectations, and leaves a lasting impression.
- **Creative Ideation**:Forget playing it safe. Your job is to keep the creative fires burning and brainstorm ideas that tear down walls, raise eyebrows, and change the game.
- **Project Management**:You're the master of chaos, the orchestrator of rebellion. Manage our projects, ensure they're on time, under budget, and over-the-top in their audacity.
- **Client Collaboration**:We're not here to appease; we're here to astonish. Work with clients to blow their minds, challenge their comfort zones, and exceed their wildest dreams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Film, or Creative Arts.
- Proven experience in crafting proposals for events that break the mold.
- A track record of securing grants through innovative and unapologetic approaches.
- Proficiency in video production processes, from concept to final edit. If you know how to edit, you're already ahead of the pack.
- Fearless, rebellious, and unapologetically creative thinking.
- A maverick project manager, capable of keeping the revolution on track.
- Excellent communication skills to express your unconventional ideas.
- A team player with a shared passion for creative rebellion.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools, but ready to hack and modify them if necessary.
