Parisian Haute-Couture perfume house, Maison 21G, is a bespoke perfumer allowing individuals to create their own scents through experiences within its beautiful and luxurious boutiques as well as online, allowing tailor-made creations for all with an astounding quality at its core.

The ideal Creative Executive will be accountable for the following:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain online database for product approvals, collate product samples, distribute style guides and imagery to external partners key internal stakeholders
- Support the production of, or produce sales materials including
- Assist the Creative Manager in the research of product and design trends across key categories and markets to ensure Maison 21G's licensing operations are on-trend and appeal to retailers and consumers
- Manage schedules, set up department meetings and assist in any preparation needed (ie presentations, handouts )
- Office & Production management (managing pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects)
- Prioritizing the needs of the Creative Director by considering overall business deliverables (planning, scheduling, and notifying Creative Director of upcoming meetings, events and project due dates)
- Filing and organizing creative/production documents (decks, assets, proposals, floor-plans, renderings, budgets, work orders, and contracts), record keeping & research
- Maintaining and updating the image/video library & website
- Help to plan and coordinate the design business meeting and other design-centric special events with Design Operations
- Participate in weekly brainstorm meetings and take notes
- Support the team’s administrative needs
