**Responsibilities**:

- Leading 3D Visualizer Team, managing projects timeline, administer creative control, and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.
- Work closely with Designers to produce compelling 3D graphic representation in a graphic form, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations based on concept and initial design intent.
- Efficient in modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.
- Advanced production scene including compositing 2D and 3D image, finishing and retouching, texturing, lighting, camera animation on 3D renderings and walk-through projects.
- Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with designers
- Meticulous and knowledgeable in post-production to enhance visuals/walk-through.

**Requirements**:

- Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions
- Minimum 3 years of experience as 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)
- Adaptable and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative
- Proficient in 3dsMax, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
- Possess and communicate strong technical knowledge on the production of images and Illustrations
- Ability to lead/co-lead designs and projects
