You are a dynamic and passionate individual who comes with wealth of experience in managing restaurants particularly in a in a hotel or large Cantonese/Chinese restaurant with good standards. You’re personable and able to draw people naturally to create authentic & professional relationship particularly with guests. You’re a natural leader who leads by example and seeks to be motivated by challenges along the way. Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking guests.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimally two years as Outlet/Restaurant Manager in a hotel or large Cantonese/Chinese restaurant with good standards.
- Great knowledge in restaurant management
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude
