**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:
We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology, business and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a service-oriented, well-organized and experienced Innovation Consultant to support our Health team based in Singapore and to work closely with corporate partners to help support and grow their innovation activities.

This will be a 1-year contract role with an opportunity convert into a permanent role at any time during the contract period.

**HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE**:

- Innovation Management_
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our corporate partners’ organizations to help support and grow their innovation activities
- Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
- Help with ideation and general workshops, market analyses, and reports about relevant industry trends.
- Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
- Host events, track corporate participation with high attention to detail and design new ways to increase innovation engagement.
- Startup Sourcing_
- Source and curate startup lists for corporate partners based on their technology interests
- Schedule and facilitate introductions between corporate partners and relevant startups.
- Actively network with startup founders at industry events and conferences
- Support Ventures team on investment opportunities
- Conduct high-level research; analyze market, examine industry trends, track competitive landscape, interact with financial models, etc.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's (MBA or Masters is a plus) in Medicine, Life Science, Pharmacy or related field
- 2-4 years experience in innovation growth or consulting role or a relevant role in the health/life sciences industry
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively
- Highly organized, shown to meet tight deadlines along with consistent accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), CRMs, project management tools, etc.
- Excellent command of English and knowledge of any Southeast Asian languages will be a plus
