You will be part of the Human Resource Department to drive and implement all learning initiatives to support the centre’s learning & development opportunities for staff to learn, contribute and grow in their careers. You will also be responsible to ensure optimal efficiency of day-to-day operational matters relating to learning and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external sponsorships and scholarships, including shorts courses / conferences, formal education and skills attachments.
- Plan and monitor learning budget and administer claims for learning programs
- Conduct annual learning need analysis
- Facilitate corporate orientation for new hires and in-house training workshops
- Administer e-learning programmes
- Ensure proper maintenance of learning records and database
- Track learning statistics
- Manage internships/attachments
- Support centre-wide initiatives

**Job Requirements**
- Good university degree in Business Administration / Human Resource or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Learning & Development / Training administration function
- Strong meticulous, analytical, problem solving and follow up skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Team player, energetic and pro-active
- Able to multi-task and work to set deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
