**Responsibilities**:

- To manufacture production units to meet performance objectives
- Performing proper manufacturing process ( eg: Integration, functional test, Final control ) of all production unit / customer return unit for which he/she has been trained or assigned to perform.
- Manage the WIP level and turn around time at the optimum level
- Accurate reporting of any anomalies encountered during production process. Detect and alert in case of default or results deviations (even if still within the good range)
- Registration and maintenance of product quality and configuration of data.
- Ensuring Usability of test means or equipment whenever necessary with the support of M&T dept.
- To involve in 5S and Kaizen initiatives
- To support administrative works ( Raise PR, Document Archiving Process ) and production task as per assigned by team lead/supervison

**Requirements**:

- Min. NITEC or Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- Ability to understand and follow manufacturing/technical instructions
- Ability to read or interpret test results
- Ability to understand the concept of Lean

**Other Information**:

- 1 Year Contract
- Working Location: Changi
- May be required to work in shifts.
