These responsibilities can include managing critical projects and overseeing the day-to-day operations like Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales development, Marketing functions, Organizational streamlining and implementing the vision of the company.

The goal is to grow the revenue of the company and safeguard or augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate profit acceleration and market share success.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement from Livestreams Operations thru’ to Fulfilment and last mile delivery to maximize customer satisfaction and expedite turnaround time, low customer’s complaints, negligible refunds and minimum return of purchased items.
- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve set strategic goals by meeting sales revenues, expand profit margins and diversify MDADA product portfolio.
- Lead business / partnership developments and guide livestream show production and procurement activities.
- Manage relationships / agreements with external partners and vendors.
- Foster a growth-oriented, continuous learning and encouraging environment.
- Keep employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, performance targets and process guidelines.
- Evaluate sales performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data to devise improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the company operates within the ambit of the law and conforms to established regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- BA in business administration or relevant field.
- Proven track record in growing Sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Hands-on knowledge on costing and pricing of product and services to max profit margin.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with acute managerial skillset.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- A dynamic problem-solver.
- Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
- In depth working knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, procurement, customer service, distribution, supply chain etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
