Consultant (Singapore)

**We are actively seeking an exceptional individual to join our new Singapore team as Consultant.**

Humatica is an award-winning, specialist management consultancy focused on increasing organisational effectiveness. We help Private Equity funds and their portfolio company leaders to build strong organisations that deliver value growth.

**Your role**:

- Contributing analytical expertise to high impact projects in international companies
- Working with clients and senior management to gather, compile, and analyse information
- Clearly communicating analytical findings, conclusions, and recommendations to project teams, senior management, and clients
- Contributing to the enhancement of Humaticas service portfolio and intellectual capital
- Planning and leading project work-streams
- Developing, guiding, and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help realise their full potential

**Your profile**:

- 2-5 years experience at an established strategy consultancy in a similar role
- Project experience in a number of sectors
- Exceptional analytical and structured thinker with a rigorous, creative, and pragmatic approach
- Fluency in English is essential, and fluency in Mandarin is beneficial
- Mature, confident self-starter with a passionate, entrepreneurial drive and an ability to flourish in challenging environments, with a steep learning curve
- Genuine business interest with a demonstrable level of business acumen
- Motivated to support our team with a desire to help develop less experienced team-mates
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills.
- Masters degree from a top tier university
- Highly level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI is a plus
