Singapore ACUMEN COMMERCIAL INSIGHTS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking for a smart, driven Consultant to join our expanding project delivery team in Singapore. You will work with our growing, international client base (Australia, New Zealand and Asia) to help them to improve their business. You will use your experience in consulting and/or consumer goods to bring thought leadership and client understanding to solve complex & strategic issues. You will work on a variety of projects ranging from complex data analysis to software implementations and drive our change management. We have a strong focus on software implementations in the region.

**You will be**
- Working with leading FMCG multinationals across multiple industries e.g. alcohol, soft drinks, pharmaceuticals
- Managing consulting projects & implementations of Acumen’s revenue management software tools
- Defining, delivering & debriefing projects & implementations
- Analysing client data to deliver actionable insights which drive lasting change in our clients’ businesses
- Winning upsell & new business
- Delivering internal efficiencies and capability through new technology & innovative ways of working
- Managing existing clients and supporting them to grow, adapt and learn more about our tools as their business needs evolve
- Travelling to client sites across Asia and Australia to support projects where needed

**About you**

We need someone who can show us that they have a passion for making a difference and having an impact from the word go. Someone who can thrive in a constantly changing environment where uncertainty is relatively common. You will have 3+ years of experience, ideally with a background in consulting, or working in a commercial role for a consumer brands company. You’ll be comfortable handling large data sets and interacting with senior stakeholders. You’ll love to problem solve and be able to juggle competing priorities to work to deadlines. You will have strong project management skills and able to manage up to yearlong projects with multiple levels of stakeholders. You will need to be comfortable working in a lot of different cultures across the region and be able to adapt your professional style to meet the needs of different markets and cultures. Finally, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, in a role with lots of variation.

You will get a $1,680 SGD contribution towards your home office set up to allow you to have a comfortable space at home should you need to but we work mostly from our office in the CBD.
