Senior Officer, Broking

**In this position you will....**
be responsible for the full spectrum of insurance broking tasks and processes independently, encompassing servicing new and renewal clients’ accounts primarily in commercial lines insurance.
**You will be responsible for**
- Managing pre-agreed SME schemes as well as any other schemes & programs as assigned and assisting in insurance tenders
- Reviewing the client’s insurance policies’ terms and conditions to match changing risks conditions
- Recommending new policy cover(s) for risks previously not identified
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients and insurers.
- Ensuring policies retention and organic growth of clients’ needs
- Ensuring timely production of placement/broking slips, cover notes and policies
- Working closely with claims team to ensure the client’s claims are handled and managed promptly and efficiently
- Monitoring Premium Payment Warranty status and ensuring clients make premium settlements on time
- Performing other ad-hoc assignments which may be assigned as and when required.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity
- Attained all relevant insurance certifications (Min. PGI, ComGI).
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
