**ITS Vice Presidency Context**

Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) enables the WBG to achieve its mission of ending extreme poverty by 2030 and boosting shared prosperity in a sustainable manner by delivering transformative information and technologies to its staff working in over 130 client countries. ITS is one of three Vice Presidencies (VPUs) that have been brought together as the World Bank Group Integrated Services (WBGIS), to provide enhanced corporate core services and enable the institution to operate as one strategic and coordinated entity.
ITS’ vision is to transform how the Bank Group accomplishes its mission through information and technology. In this fast-paced, ever-changing world, the formulation and implementation of the ITS strategy is an ongoing, iterative process of learning and adaptation developed through extensive consultations with business partners throughout the World Bank Group.
ITS shapes its strategy in response to changing business priorities and leverages new technologies to achieve three high-level business outcomes: business enablement, by providing Bank Group units with innovative digital tools and technologies to transform how they deliver value for their clients; empowerment and effectiveness, by ensuring that all Bank Group staff are connected, able to find information, and productive to accelerate the delivery of development solutions globally; and resilience, by equipping the Bank Group to provide risk-based cybersecurity and robust data protection for a global network and a growing cloud platform.

**ITSFD Low Code Technical Project Manager's Position**

The ITS Fiduciary Operations Unit (ITSFD) supports digital solutions for Procurement, Financial Management, and Environmental and Social Safeguards across Bank Operations. It provides integrated, efficient tools that enable borrowers and staff to ensure compliance with fiduciary requirements, financial audits, and environmental and social safeguards.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical leadership and direction across all phases of the solution lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

- Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Designing robust and scalable technical architectures for LCAP solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and vendor teams; ensure alignment with fiduciary and operational requirements.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Promote best practices in low-code development, DevSecOps, and integration patterns.
- Strategic thinking and ability to balance technical feasibility with business value.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across teams.
- Quickly learn new technical and domain knowledge to adjust product strategies and effectively address changing stakeholder needs.

- Build document centric AI features (extraction, classification, summarization, compliance checks) orchestrated from LCAP solutions, incorporating humanintheloop review and audit support.

- Implemented AI evaluation and quality controls, including test sets, guardrails, toxicity/bias checks, and production telemetry for latency, error rates, and cost governance.

- Leverage LCAP platform AI capabilities (e.g., builtin AI assistants, connectors, and reusable components) to improve developer productivity and standardize AI building blocks.
- Create reusable components, templates, and accelerators to streamline development.
- Drive integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Azure AD, data platforms) ensuring compliance with security and data residency policies.

**Product Development & Agile Execution**
- Coordinate with architects and developers to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
