**About the company**:
WriteNow has been founded with the purpose of creating an online counselling platform that is focused on prioritising the counsellor as our greatest resource. We are committed to creating a counselling experience that prioritises ethics and clinical best practices over profits. WriteNow was conceptualised and designed by counsellors with experience and training in online counselling delivery. WriteNow will allow counsellors to meet with clients online through a variety of communication modalities, including asynchronous messaging, live chat, phone, and video.

If you are a certified counsellor or psychologist in Singapore, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for counsellors who are comfortable working remotely, and are interested in learning how to use a combination of asynchronous and live communication with clients to help them improve their mental health. The pandemic has provided opportunities for counselling to be delivered in new innovative ways, and we will provide our counsellors with the training and resources to excel at provision of remote services.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for offering timely and clinically sound counselling to clients who have been matched to you through our proprietary process.
- You will be responsible for following the legal and ethical guidelines of your regulatory organisation, training body, and state/country.
- You will be responsible for maintaining adequate documentation of client sessions.
- You will be responsible for communicating regularly with your assigned counselling mentor, and with the clinical team at WriteNow if you have a clinical treatment concern, an inappropriate client, or a suggestion for improvement.
- You will be responsible for maintaining a certain number of live session spots for your clients weekly, with the flexibility of determining the best times for your schedule.

**Requirements**:

- You are trained in one or more evidence based modalities, including, but not limited to; cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, time-limited dynamic psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and/or trauma-informed therapy.
- You are comfortable with technology, and are familiar with the ethical guidelines for effectively providing remote therapy.
- You are comfortable with working with clients remotely via texting/messaging and live sessions (audio/video/chat).
- Degree or Diploma in Counselling, Psychology or similar.
Member of the Psychological Society, Singapore Association for Counselling, Singapore Association of Social Workers, Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS), or its equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
