**Human Resources**:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with the company's objectives and MOM regulations.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer and maintain HR records, including employee contracts, personnel files, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, career development, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, keeping abreast of any changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training programs and workshops as needed.
**Finance**:
- Oversee financial operations, including payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with external vendors, auditors, and tax consultants to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on working experience in human resources and finance roles, preferably within SME and MNC companies.
- Strong knowledge of MOM rules and policies, with a solid understanding of Singapore's employment landscape.
- Proven experience in managing full spectrum human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Sound understanding of financial processes, including payroll management, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, with excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
