As our Performance Marketing Intern, you will be groomed to manage our global customer acquisition channels across Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. You'll also get the opportunity to tap into your creative side and create viral ads. Our team members will work alongside you to realise your goals whilst growing our brands in the global market space together

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the set up of global performance marketing campaigns (Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Monitor and optimise campaigns against key performance marketing metrics
- Analyse data and uncover insights for performance optimisation
- Ideate new ad concepts to run A/B tests on Tiktok
- Assist in generating weekly reports

- Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
- Interest in skincare and beauty brands
- Able to commit 3-5 work days per week (flexible)
