\*\*We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Local Support Assistant in Singapore to assist with on-site interventions at our local office.
\*\*Job Overview
\*\*The Local Support Assistant will be responsible for handling operational tasks on-site, ensuring smooth processes for shipments, inventory, office support, and general coordination.
This is not a full-time role but an on-demand position, with pre-scheduled interventions communicated in advance.
Tasks
Shipment Assistance
- Prepare shipments to and from the office, ensuring proper packing and documentation.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments, confirm deliveries, and follow up with carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
- Ensure timely delivery and consistent status follow-up.

Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory checks for office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain and update inventory records, reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels.

General Support & Coordination
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office as needed.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for support requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve technical or logístical issues.
- Ensure clear communication regarding the status of shipments, inventory, and operational matters.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Requirements
- Energetic & Motivated: Proactive in handling tasks and problem-solving.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in managing shipments, inventory, and light technical support.
- Flexible Availability: Must be available for on-demand interventions, scheduled in advance (Monday to Friday).
- Proximity to Office: Ideally located near 50 Tagore Lane, Singapore (787494) to ensure quick response times.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT troubleshooting.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external teams.
- Experience: Background in logistics, admin, or technical support roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable with flexible schedules and multitasking.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Technologically competent and eager to learn.
