At Gravity Team, a quantitative proprietary trading firm, we are on the mission to balance the supply and demand across crypto markets around the world.

**You have**:

- Deep expertise in OTC market making, digital asset trading, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
- Strong background in structuring institutional OTC deals, negotiating counterparty-facing documentation, and navigating the global regulatory landscape for market makers operating in crypto and digital asset markets.

**What will you do**:

- Structure and negotiate bespoke OTC trading agreements with institutional counterparties, brokers, and liquidity venues.
- Advise on legal and regulatory risks associated with market making, including conduct, licensing, and reporting obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Lead negotiation of trading agreements, term sheets, and collateral arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable securities, commodities, and digital asset laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support global market entry and licensing initiatives, including exchange onboarding and regulatory engagement.
- Interface with counterparties, exchanges, and regulators on legal and compliance matters relating to client-facing OTC activity.

**What we expect**:

- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years advising a crypto-native company on OTC trading, market making, stablecoins, and cross-border regulatory matters.
- Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing OTC trading documentation, including bilateral trading terms, collateral arrangements, and institutional onboarding agreements.
- Solid understanding of cross-border regulatory frameworks impacting OTC crypto market making, including securities, commodities, and financial services laws
- Experience interfacing with institutional counterparties, exchanges, and external counsel, and managing legal aspects of onboarding and transaction execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
