Office Facilities Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Oversee office space planning, moves, and workplace improvements.
- Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Science or related field.
- **~5 years of experience**in facilities management, preferably in an office or corporate setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with smart office technologies or green building initiatives.
