**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, plan and monitor maintenance and capital expenses and control expenses are within approved budget.
- Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance and electrical schedule for equipment and machinery and upkeep the maintenance record including arrange for inspection as per statutory requirements.
- Liaise with Operations Staff on equipment fault report and arrange for timely repair and re-instatement of the equipment.
- Review and modify terminal facilities to cater for Terminal users, for continuous improvement and to enhance operation efficiency and safety.
- Ensure Compliance of in house safety rules and procedures by all vendors
- Prepare and review risk assessment submitted by contractors and conduct toolbox meeting with contractors to identify hazards before commencement of any maintenance work.
- Supervise contractors performing electrical and maintenance jobs
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in oil & gas terminal maintenance work & electrical repair
- Able to read and understand P&ID, electrical diagram, instrumentations and control system
- Able to perform troubleshooting and confident in deciding corrective measures.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oil Storage Terminal Infrastructure
- Comfortable with working location in Pulau Sebarok via ferry transport.
- Able to work under pressure within tight timelines.
- Able to work with Auto Cad system & prepare layout, sectional views for tender for projects
- Experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.
