Prepare reports on machine performance, maintenance activities, and expenses. Coordinate with contractors for project works and facility repairs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field. Strong PLC and electrical/mechanical knowledge. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in maintenance or engineering within production. Leadership and team management skills.
