**Job Title**: eCommerce Senior Executive or Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced eCommerce Senior Executive or Manager to join our team. This role involves taking ownership of our online sales channels, optimizing digital strategies, and driving the growth of our eCommerce business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms, including product listing, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Analyze website performance metrics and implement data-driven solutions to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales channels.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the eCommerce team to achieve individual and team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools & social media platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, IG, Titok).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

**Remuneration**:

- Fair remuneration base on qualification & experience
- Discretionary year end bonus

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
